Natural Wood Disclaimer: Custom builds are handcrafted using real Maple wood and are finished with a high quality enamel paint. Due to the natural characteristics of wood, slight variations in grain, texture, knots, and color are normal and expected. These variations are not considered defects, but rather part of the unique beauty and craftsmanship of each piece!

Refund Policy: All builds are custom-built to order. Because of the personalized nature of each build, all sales are final once the order is placed and paid for. No refunds, returns, or cancellations are available on custom orders after production has begun.
